Mission
We are looking for a PPM Solution Stream Lead 

Context

As part of the evolution of a major international group's ERP application landscape, this mission involves ensuring the consistent evolution of the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) functional domain, across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS (PA – Project Accounting module) platforms, including integrations with related systems and APEX applications.

The consultant will work closely with other Solution Stream Leads, Product Leads, and Global Product Owners, particularly those responsible for cost control and project accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • - Design of the functional solution and maintenance of Solution Design Documentation (CM030, MD050, BR100, etc.)
  • - Liaison with Business Analysts, functional consultants, end users and other business stakeholders
  • - Analysis and scoping of business requirements within the existing Blueprint solution framework
  • - Functional guidance and support for configuration / troubleshooting
  • - Ensuring adherence to compliance and change management procedures
  • - Tracking in change management / support tools (e.g. ALM, DevOps, ServiceNow)
  • - Active involvement in delivering enhancements: functional setups, personalizations, interfaces, reports
  • - Coordination and prioritisation of enhancements with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
  • - Contribution to test plans (acceptance and regression testing)
  • - Support in developing training / handover materials
  • - Coordination with business stakeholders on functional scoping for new entity deployments
  • Required Profile

  • Essential:  

  • - Solid experience in the Oracle PPM domain
  • - Oracle Fusion experience and/or relevant technical certification
  • - Analytical profile, with client-facing / business relationship experience
  • - Good understanding of business processes (process flows, best practices)
  • - Excellent communication skills
  • - At least 2 years' experience in functional support within a multi-site tier 2 ERP environment
  • - Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)

  • Nice to have:
  • - Experience in other Oracle domains: OTL, Absence Management, GL, AR, APEX
  • - Facilitation skills (workshops, scenario building)
  • - Formal Oracle training in the relevant functional domain
  • - ERP domain certification
  • - Power BI report development
  • - Basic SQL skills
