Context
A major international industrial group is carrying out a large-scale ERP transformation project. As part of this initiative, it is looking for a consultant specialised in Jira implementation to structure the tracking and management of project activities. The assignment takes place at the Nanterre, France site, for a duration of 22 days, starting November 4, 2026.
Assignments
- Deploy Jira as the central tracking and follow-up tool for ERP project activities
- Configure projects, workflows, dashboards and filters in line with the operational needs of the project teams
- Support project teams in adopting the tool and defining follow-up processes
- Ensure consistency between the Jira configuration and the ERP project governance requirements
- Produce reporting and tracking indicators for stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements on tool usage
Requis :
- Proven experience in Jira implementation and administration
- Good understanding of ERP projects and their operational tracking challenges
- Proficiency in configuring Jira workflows, dashboards and filters
- Ability to interact with cross-functional project teams
- Assignment conducted in an international environment, with exchanges across multiple sites
